Judging the Unjudgable

In this culture, we as a people have developed some really really bad habits.  All of these habits take us further and further away from our true self instead of bringing us closer.  For those of us who are looking for ways to fortify our connection with Source, we have to begin to become Mindful about our thoughts and our actions.  We now have to really take a closer look at ourselves and change our patterns.  Everyday when I sit down to meditate, I generally focus on things that needs improvement in my life.  As I unravel these blemishes in my personality,  I begin to see signs and symbols of my behavior that need modification. I have a very good delivery system from Source if I pay attention.  Paying attention is definitely my narcosis so I have to work on the most and I must say it is getting better  because I practice doing it every day. One of the things that I have really been noticing in myself is the judgment I express. Judging is merely a habit that we formed when we were children.  Everyone around us did it.  Everywhere we went we heard it. Everywhere we looked we saw it.   It has become an habitual interloper in our relationships with each other.  Instead of uniting with others we shy away from intimate contact because we judge every things every person and every situation. What we have fail to understand is that judging and being critical is a learned responds it is not our true nature.  Peacefulness is our true nature. Our Essence is peaceful.

Judging inhibit our ability to respond to the essence of the person or thing which is always perfect.  Judging blocks our energy from flowing. The moment we judge, these limited thoughts attach to our feelings about the situation whether it is a person, thing or circumstance and creates in us a discomfort.  We do not always recognize this discomfort because we are so entrenched in our behavior that we fail to realize that our energy is blocked.  As long as we hold on to the judgment, the uncomfortable relationship with the person or circumstance keeps replaying itself.

The truth is, there is no such thing as right or wrong, good or bad.  Everything that occurs is just another event.  By judging something, it become for us the way we judge it.  The only way to experience the inherent perfection of anything is to see and feel the perfection of it just the way it is. When we find ourselves in the mist of a situation which propels us to judging we must observe the behavior and see what takes us there, the trigger.  Is there anything in the situation that is reflecting something in ourself, more times then not there is.  We must become the Observer,  this put us in a different place within ourself and moves us out of reaction mode. From this advantage point we can recognize the situation and begin to change our opinions of it.  However;  according to Webster(dictionary) opinions are a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on facts or knowledge.  Maybe we should say change our attitudes about it.  So as always it comes right back to our attitudes the reflect our behavior.

Another thing to consider when looking at our behavior is knowing that judgement changes the energy of the Heart.  It assist in making the heart heavy. Scholars say from the judgement scene on the great walls in the Kamitian(Egyptian) pyramids at your time of death, your heart is measured against a feather.  Now if your heart is full of blocked energy it will be quite heavy not to mention that your heart chakra will be blocked.  If your heart is heavier than a feather then it is feed to an animal and you failed the test.  Other scholars say that when you go through the judgement scene that you are taken on a journey looking back to all of your behavior over the years of your life.  Just something to think about, if you are thinking.  Some folks really don't care one way or another and certainly that is their chose, no judgement. Anyway write me back and let us know your thoughts on judgement and criticism  and lets have some discussion about it.  Inlake'sh, I am another yourself.
