From the Ocean to a Drop of Water

Everyday, I hear people say you are only Human.  This allows them to accept their behavior as the best that it could possible be.  It allows them to feel good about themselves and their responses to the world. It allows them to be kind to themselves.  We certainly need to be kind to ourselves because most of us don't even like ourself let alone LOVE ourself.  But what if just for a moment, we could think  of ourselves as more the Human?  What if we could stretch our imagination and think of ourselves as a Divine Being.  What would that mean,  what would that entail?  How could it be and is that possible?  I have been taught that we are all Divine Beings.  We were created in the likeness of the Supreme Beings and in that likeness we have all the attributes as our Creators, just not the quantity.  It is like the Ocean and a drop of water.  They both possess the same quality just not the same quantity.  This could be a scary thought for many people and for most, a thought that they would not believe.  I am not writing this blog for them.  I am not here to change any ones mind just to get you thinking about another possibility. But, if you can perceive this possibility, what would that mean for you?  For me, it means that I have to take responsibility for my life.  I am in charge of it.  My body is my Temple the place where the mind of the Creator has entered my vehicle.  It means that I co-create.  So, I have to be mindful of what I am creating in my life.  It means that I am allowing the situations that happen in my life manifest and it means that I can change my life at will.  It does not mean that change happens instantaneously but change does happen in time.  Third dimension, where we are now is time based so it is slow in the process.  We are moving to another dimension and things will go much faster but that is another blog.  I accept  the responsibility for my life. It does not mean  I have all the answers but it does mean that I know how to get them.   The first place I look for answers is within myself.  The Ancients always said, the Kingdom of Heaven is within, Know thine Self.  You have to go within and you have to do it everyday.  The first time that I fully understood that I was a Divine Being and that I realized the Creator created me to experience the world through me brought me to the understanding that I needed to be the best that I could be.  The Creator who created Universe after Universe needed me to experience the world is a pretty heavy implication.  Now, I don't fear it or go crazy about it.  I do just go on with my Life but, I know for me that I want my life to reflect a life of gratitude, abundance and peacefulness and I am STILL discovering what that means for me.  It is the journey not the destination and this is a wonderful opportunity to discover what that journey is all about...Being a Divine Being.
In Lak'esh, I am another yourself.

  1. Great points about how we easily get into judging and how it detracts from our growth. Thank you. Nice graphics as well.
